4.5 Lost Transit Passes

Statement

Transit passes are issued every semester and are the responsibility of the student.

Procedure

In the event that a Transit Pass gets lost or stolen the following procedure must be followed;

The student will:

1. Report lost/stolen pass to their school contact
2. The student must visit a GRT terminal customer service counter with an adult or valid student/government ID
3. The student must be listed on the approved GRT Term Pass List provided by STSWR to receive a replacement pass
