This online form is used to request school bus transportation outside of the usual eligibility rules, such as for medical needs, temporary conditions, or other special circumstances. Families will need to provide details and supporting information for review. All requests are considered individually and must be approved by the school and board before transportation is arranged.
Please note: Special requests are reviewed annually. Prior approvals do not compel STSWR (or the WRDSB) to offer transportation services to a student on an ongoing, permanent or future basis. STSWR reserves the right to terminate this service at the stated end date, or sooner, if the rationale for its provision is resolved or no longer exists (in the sole and unfettered discretion of STSWR and the WRDSB).
