Parent Portal: Subscribe to Bus Route Delays and School Closures

The Parent Portal allows users to view their students transportation information online and receive delays and cancellations to their email or text. Watch the video below to learn about the Parent Portal and how to create an account!

1. Select ‘Create or Login to your Parent Portal’ link above. You will require an email to perform this task.
2. The email that you sue to create/login to your Parent Portal account MUST be listed on your students school record (Aspen) under ‘contacts’. Read more about this HERE!
3. The system will send you an email (entitled: Email Subscription: Action Required sent from: geoquery_feedback@stswr.ca)
   • Choose the Confirm link in the email
   • Enter your preferred password twice on the page that opens

Note: When you create an account, you will automatically receive delay notifications to your email.

Subscribe to SMS Text Messages

1. You can add up to five (5) phone numbers to one account by going to the ‘Parent’ drop down at the top of the page (or the 3 lines if you are on mobile)
2. Select ‘My Account’ then select ‘Mobile Numbers’
3. Check ‘I want to receive text alerts’ and add your phone number(s)
4. Update.
