Subscription Service Instructions

The subscription service allows users to receive delays and cancellations to their e-mail address. To sign up for the subscription service please visit

To Subscribe, hit the Subscribe button on the website above. Once you have entered your e-mail address, the system will send you an e-mail (Email Subscription: Action Required) where you need to hit Confirm. Once you have confirmed, the system will generate a password for you and send an e-mail to the address entered.

Once you receive the SECOND e-mail, enter the e-mail address and password into the login at

Once logged in, find the Route for your child(ren) and be sure to select both the AM and PM runs for each student (e.g. Route 001 Find -> Add Run 001(your school)). Please note the AM and PM runs your child(ren) take may be on separate Routes.

On the left hand side, there is a My Subscriptions section. To access School Closures you will need to select the school your child(ren) attend and select it (e.g. Glenview Park S.S.). To enable the General Notice Subscription click the General Notices section and enable these notices.

To change any information (Email, password, language preference) the My Information tab will allow you to do so. You can also be sure you have enabled your account in this section under Status. If there is a check mark in the box beside Enabled, your account is set.

To retrieve a lost password, enter your e-mail to and an e-mail will be sent to you.
