Inclement Weather Procedure

During the fall, winter and spring of the school year, unusual or severe weather conditions can lead to a number of different situations requiring cancellation of some or all student transportation – both regular and Special Education.  It is important that the general public be made aware of any closures or cancellations throughout the season.

Information regarding school closures or bus cancellations will be posted by 6AM that day, and will be regularly updated on the STSWR website under Cancellations and Closures.  The following media operators will also be up-to-date with any Inclement Weather, closures, and cancellation information:
